I have an e-stim power box than can turn audio in electrical impulses, an Erostek ET312b. So it can be as simple as you talking or playing music over webcam!
How Do I Control The E-stim?
It is very simple, and there are a few options

What Will It Look Like?
The electodes are usually made out of metal or conductive rubber.
The most common set up is one around the head of my cock, one around my balls and another up my ass, looking something like this!!
